A Journey of wellbeing

A magical mix of mindfull, relaxing and joyfull activities, our retreat invites you to tap into and savor all your senses and leave feeling restored and renewed. Each morning begins with a beautiful yoga practice taught by an experienced and joy-filled teacher, followed by a 

full organic breakfast.

The rest of the day varies and will include stunning hikes, forest bathing, a cooking lesson with foraged herbs, yoga Nidra or other relaxation practices and a visit to a mountain top art installation by a world-renowned artist.

Imagine hiking along a stunning alpine lake, and lunch at a mountainside lodge serving local Austrian specialties. Or visualize forest bathing in a mountain forest, breathing in the pure mountain air touched by the fragrant pines. You will relax into the mountain experience and let go of your daily concerns.

In the evening, we will dine at charming local restaurants or feast on organic delicacies prepared by Chalet M’s resident gourmet chef (formerly head chef at Ritz Carlton Hotels).

The day ends with yoga Nidra, meditation, or other relaxation practices.

Our Teachers

Laurie Weisman 

Laurie is a certified mindfulness teacher, professional coach, and founder of evenKeelwellbeing. Laurie helps clients create a sense of well-being through finding clarity of heart and mind, balance and resilience, and a life of purpose and meaning.

Laurie loves the majestic beauty of the Austrian Alps and is thrilled to be able to 

help create wellbeing retreats at Chalet M integrating nature, movement, calm 

and creativity.

CLAUDIA JOCHUM-PREUSS. Claudia began practicing yoga over 30
years ago when she was captured by the power of the practice. She is an 800-hour
Yoga Alliance teacher with a therapeutic and open-hearted approach to her
teaching. Her classes are powerful and dynamic and at the same time relaxing and
meditative. Claudia teaches Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga,
Kandala Hormone Yoga and various types of breathwork, including Breath to Heal,
developed by Max Strom.
Claudia creates a space in her classes for students to meet
themselves and each other with curiosity and acceptance. Students
leave her classes refreshed and renewed, with a greater sense of
strength in themselves, vitality, equanimity and overall wellbeing.

The Seven Day Package Includes:
